Could we really achieve our goals?

Could we really achieve our goals?

I believe most people have made some kind of plans and set goals for this year. This could be anything from getting a better job, buying a new car, going on a vacation, learning a new language or skill, starting a business or even losing weight. I also believe most people will not achieve their goals.

Believe it or not, the reason for this is largely not because of external factors. We all like to blame external circumstances for most of our problems. The truth is that it is just a bad habit to reach for this excuse when we wish to explain to ourselves or others why something isn’t working in our lives. When you blame something on external factors such as bad luck, your parents, your boss, the environment, your genes, your childhood, or whatever, you are surrendering control of your life to these outside factors.

The alternative to blame is self-responsibility. Most of us have never thought of taking total responsibility for the happenings and circumstances of our lives.

Instead of blame, we could choose to know that all of the events and people who have affected our lives, have had a specific role. We could also choose to know that the things we do not understand or approve of, happened in our lives to teach us something.
Abandoning this tendency to find fault with external factors is crucial to a self-reliant balanced, peaceful, happy life.

We are all talented creatures. Unfortunately, we are also very talented at depriving ourselves of a decent life. What could we do to change this?

When you think that someone or something else is responsible for your circumstances, think of it as a lesson instead. A lesson to remind you that only you have the key to yourself and the type of life you lead. When you search within for that key, you will always find what you need.

Be thankful for these lessons. An “attitude of gratitude” will turn each situation in your life into a learning experience. Remember that blaming is futile. Ask yourself, “What can I learn from this lesson? Why did this happen to me?” Never forget that everything that happens to you has something beneficial in it.

Trust your intuition or, as I call it, “gut feeling”. That feeling we all have before almost any decision we have to make, usually guides us in the right direction.

Keep a vision of what you want to happen in your life and what is important to you. If you keep this vision in your mind at all times, you will find that these very things will start to gravitate towards you. Over time you will notice that you have become a co-creator in your own life.

Practice being self-reliant. Accepting the fact that you are the driver of your life, and only you have responsibility for your life, will open up a whole new world for you.

If you are capable of accepting this fact, you will find it much easier to tackle more concrete issues, like setting and achieving your goals.

Many of the most intelligent, successful and accomplished people on the planet have said that there are 12 steps to setting and achieving goals. Based on my life experiences, I would have to agree with them.

Awaken the desire. You need a burning desire to overcome the fear and other difficulties that hold back most people.

Believe deeply in what you want to achieve, to activate you subconscious.
You need to set realistic goals of course. If the goals are realistic your mind will accept it.

Write down your goals. If you do not write it down, then these are not goals just dreams.
By writing down concrete and realistic goals, we firmly plant those goals in our subconscious mind. Did you know most people do not write down their goals because they simply do not believe in them?

Make a list of the benefits achievement of your goals will provide.
The greater the benefit, the bigger the motivation.

Analyze your current situation. By defining the starting point, you will be able to track and measure your progress. The more clearly you see the starting point (ie: where you are now) and the finish line (ie: where you want to be) the bigger the chance for success.

Define a specific target date. By doing this, you have programmed achievement of your goal into your mind. Don’t be afraid of missing your date. What is the worst thing that can happen? You need to set another date. No big deal. It just means your goal will take a little longer to accomplish.

Make a list of the obstacles that you might face. Where ever  there are good opportunities, there are also obstacles. Identifying the obstacles before they arise, is the first step in developing a strategy to overcome them.

Find out what knowledge and information you need to achieve our goals.
In today’s information society, people with more and higher quality information are the ones who are succeeding. Having good information is absolutely essential.

Make a list of the people who could help you, support you, co-operate with you.
This means everyone from family, friends and colleagues. In order to succeed, you will need a top-notch supporting cast of good people. The power of network marketing- if you learn to use it- is in the supporting network. Remember, your up line is there to help. It is in their interest to do so.

Make a detailed plan. By using the information in the first 9 points, you should have everything in your hand for a good plan. You wouldn’t dream of building a house without a good plan. The same is true for “building” success in business or personal endeavours. A plan is vital to achievement of your goals.

Visualize. See yourself clearly in the situation of achieving your goals. Visualizing the attainment of your goals burns it into your subconscious, which in turn, helps to make it a reality. If you are able to see it in your mind, you have a good chance of achieving it. A famous philosopher once said, “What the mind can conceive and believe, it can achieve.”  This is so very true. I know because I have experienced this in my own life….if anything has helped me it has been  visualization and commitment.

Never give up. You need to commit 100% to your goals. You´ve got to promise yourself to stay committed to your plan no matter what. There is no single element to success more crucial than persisitence. If you do not give up, you will succeed eventually.

Remember, you are in control of you own life and destiny. Will this be the year when you will finally commit to be the driver of your life?

Start creating a life that you deserve. You are not alone. We, the people in the Calivita family, all want the same thing and we want you to succeed.

THE SUNNY SIDE OF LIFE

The sunny side of life

Tenerife, Canary Islands. Bright sunshine, breathtakingly beautiful environment, unique beaches. In short, this is how I could describe the scene of this year?s Success Seminar. Everything was in place for us to have a great time. The most successful managers of our company enjoyed together the pleasures of late summer and shared their experiences of their journeys to success. We could learn a lot from one another since all those present had a very successful year behind them. I would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their exceptionally good results.

There is hard work behind our Managers? success. The pleasant environment and relaxed atmosphere aided us in forgetting all the difficulties. We all know, however, that it is not easy to achieve outstanding results. Nevertheless, conversations on Tenerife as well the most recent sales figures indicate that there is a momentum going for us. This summer the almost regular drop in sales did not come about. Just the opposite happened, sales went up. This is a momentum we have to seize, a momentum we cannot let slip away. Market competition has taught us that sometimes even retaining sales requires dedicated work from members of our network. At present, however, I see an opportunity for bringing back into our work the initial drive, an opportunity for performing better and accomplishing more by searching for new ways and finding new solutions. Conversations I had with participants of the Success Seminar made me so optimistic and I would like to pass on this optimism to every member of our network.
According to many of them, our special and exceptionally high quality products, remarkably favorable reward system, and very positive company image contribute to the notion that now, more than ever, it is worth being engaged in this business.
If you are one of those who think it is time to live a more stable, more interesting, and financially more rewarding life, seek your sponsor, or experienced leaders of your upline. You will see that they will help you create a business model that is tried and true.
If you feel you have a little extra energy, a certain degree of endurance and genuine desire for a better life, make up your mind and go for it. What is the worst that can happen? One of my member a former teacher set out to make 1,000 dollars a month in this business when he started. Now he is at 7,000 dollars per month and does not want to stop. It was not an easy ride, but it was worth it. Could you use an extra few hundred or a few thousand dollars a month?
Without intending it to sound like a commercial, life is more beautiful on the sunny side. Try it.

RECIPE OF HEALTH

Recipe for Health

It is good to be healthy. But what does health mean? Does it only mean that we have no aches and pains that we do not have to go from one doctor’s office to an other or a whole lot more?
Health is quality of life. It means more than not having to concentrate our energies on alleviating pain. It allows us to live on a very different level. On top of feeling good, we have more energy and deal better with stress stemming from our everyday lives. Our relationships are also better, be they with relatives, colleagues, or friends of ours. Perhaps even our perception of world event is influenced by our health. As the saying goes, “a sound mind in a sound body”.

Does health “happen” to us and some of us are luckier than others, or do we have an active role to play? I believe it is not a heresy to claim in our Calivita community that we as individuals are the ones who can do the most for our own health by eating healthy foods and living a healthy lifestyle that also includes taking dietary supplements. During the summer months we are inclined to believ that fresh fruits and vegetables, so abundant at this time of the year, make supplements unnecessary because we can supply our bodies with all the vitamins and nutrients they need.
From my own example, I know this not to be true. By way of an experiment, I have temporarily stopped taking my usual supplements. When I had a live blood cell analysis – the newly introduced test method at Calivita – done, I was surprised. The result was not what I would have liked to see. Therefore, I have begun taking supplements again, and based on the test results, I have created a “coctail”for myself with the intention of taking it as a “treatment” for two months. Here is my “coctail” recipe:

Vital bloodtype specific multivitamin, 2×2 daily
Oxy Max, 3x 20 drops daily
Noni, 2×3 tablespoons daily
ParaProteX, 2×2 daily
Rhodiolin, 2×1 daily
VitalMan (VitalWoman for Women) 1 tablette with Rhodiolin in the morning on an empty stomach
Pro-State Power (for men), 2×1 daily
C Plus, 3 tablets daily in the morning
Mega Vitamin E, 1 capsule daily
Nopalin 2×2
Super Mega 50, 2×1 weekly

Soon enough, I have noticed changes. I had more energy and felt better. In other words, I felt healthier in every way, although I have not been sick to begin with. I have been taking dietary supplements for 25 years now and this incident brought the point home again. In our modern world where we are exposed to more negative influences than our ancestors were, it is essential to take dietary supplements in order to maintain good health that is a vital aspect of a quality way of life.

NONI-En

The Queen of Fruits
Noni (Morinda citrifolia) is a unique evergreen plant indigenous to Polynesia, Malaysia, Australia and South-East Asia. It ranges in size up to a maximum of 10 meters, and bears a oblong green fruit that is exceptionally rich in beneficial micronutrients and phytochemicals.

Noni fruit contains 18 kinds of amino acids, including all of the essential aminos, as well as the complete spectrum of B vitamins. It is also rich is several excellent anti-oxidants such as vitamin C, beta-carotene, proanthocyanadin, and anthocyanadin. It contains several important minerals including calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron, manganese, and sodium. Noni is a good source of the soluable dietary fiber pectin, and contains linoleic acid, a beneficial Omega-6 fatty acid.

Aside from all these helpful nutrients, Noni also contains an important molecule called proxeronin. The liver uses proxeronin to produces xeronin, an alkaloid which research suggests plays a role in helping support and maintain the protein structures involved in various metabolic processes, including enzymes and hormones. Our body gets a certain amount of proxeronin through a normal diet, but Noni is exceptionally rich in it.
As about 150 different nutrients have been identified in Noni fruit, it is not hard to see why Noni has been such a popular dietary supplement.

LIQUID CHLOROPHYLL-En

Green inside, clean inside

Chlorophyl is the intense green pigment that gives leaves and plants their color. It plays a vital role in photosynthesis, the process whereby plants convert sunlight into energy. Studies have indicated that chlorophyll may have healthful properties for the human metabolism, and may provide beneficial nutritional support for the body’s natural detoxifying processes.

Chlorophyll is a good source of vitamins A, C, D, E, B6, and magnesium. It is rich in anti-oxidants, which help protect cells from damage cause by free radicals. Structurally, it is similar to the heme portion of hemoglobin, thus it helps support delivery of oxygen to the cells and tissues of the body, and the removal of carbon dioxide and carbon monoxide.

Studies have suggested that chlorophyll may support and protect healthy liver function by helping to mitigate undue build-up of toxins, cholesterol and triglycerides in this vital organ. It also may assist in the chelation and removal of heavy metals, and help stimulate bowel function. Studies have indicated it helps to reduce body, urinary and fecal odor.
ATTENTION!

You should consult with a qualified medical practitioner before taking any supplement.

If you are pregnant or nursing, obtain qualified medical advice before taking this product.

Excessive daily intake of chlorophyll may cause discoloration of the tongue and greenish urine.

Q10-En

The catalyst of cells Supply your cells with the necessary energy source and you will be satisfied with the result! Q10 is a substance which is indispensable for the energy supply of our cells.  If our cells get what they are “due for”, would fill up the whole body with energy. And the result?  Working ability, energy and agility outdoing even young people.

The energy supply of our cells – and so the whole of our body – is guaranteed by coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10, ubiquinone). This substance is present in each of our cells, it helps nutrients transform into ATP (adenosine triphosphate) that is into energy carrier. If a cell needs energy, primarily gets it by decomposing ATP. Q10 is produced on the one hand in the liver; on the other hand we ingest it with food. It is important to know that that the endogenous production of Q10 decreases with advancement of age (from 30-35 years on).
Q10 may offer help not only in case of decreased production on elderly age, but in case of increased physical-mental strain, or in people following an unbalanced diet. It guarantees enhanced energy production and less fatigue. Q10 is not a drug, but a natural substance produced by our body as well. No side effect of Q10 has been detected until now. Besides its energizing effect it is indispensable for the energy producing processes on the cellular level, helps maintain healthy cardiac functions; by its antioxidant effects promotes the protection of cells against the harmful effects of free radicals.

ATTENTION!

Sensitive to heat and light, it should be considered in storing! The quality of clean Q10 decreases above 35 Celsius degrees.

The beneficial effects of Q10 show after some weeks of consumption.

In order to avoid repeated deficiency, it is recommended to take continuously a maintaining dose of 10-30 mg daily

The use of the dietary supplement would not influence the endogenous Q10 production in the liver. So we should not worry that our body “forgets” producing it on.
